pg699 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. • Opening more than one account on the pg699 platform, whether under your own identity or under a false identity. Any duplicate account discovered will be suspended and all associated balances forfeited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with games, place bets, exploit bonus mechanics, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Engaging in collusion with other players — including coordinating bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a combined profit regardless of game outcome, or sharing card information in live poker variants.
• Using the pg699 platform to launder money or to process funds derived from any criminal activity. pg699 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial regulatory authorities.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software bug, or misconfigured odds on the pg699 platform. Any winnings resulting from a confirmed technical error are void and will be removed from the Player's wallet.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pg699 support staff or other players via any communication channel available on or connected to the platform.

pg699 maintains active fraud detection and account monitoring systems. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be placed under review. During any review period, withdrawal requests associated with the flagged account may be paused pending the outcome of the investigation.

pg699 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements, the prohibited conduct provisions, or the bonus conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by pg699. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes pg699's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by pg699's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. pg699's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Where amendments are material — for example, changes to bonus wagering requirements, changes to withdrawal processing timelines, or changes to the eligibility criteria — pg699 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the registered email address or via a notification displayed within the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in software provider names or payment method availability — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.
